In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter “the Law”), we inform you (hereinafter “the Data Subject”) that Northware S.A. de C.V., OpenService S.A. de C.V., PlanNet Service S.A. de C.V., and Scatel S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, jointly or interchangeably “Grupo Open”), with registered address at Regio Avenida No. 109, Colonia Regio Parque Industrial, C.P. 66633, Apodaca, Nuevo León, are responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to it, and its protection; always in compliance with the Law and based on the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability.
Collected Personal Data
The personal data collected by Grupo Open from the Data Subject includes: full name, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), date of birth, address(es), marital status, email address(es), phone number(s), tax data, professional and academic background, work experience, aptitudes, skills, competencies, photograph, information regarding economic dependents, job and economic interests and expectations, as well as personal and professional references. If Grupo Open requires sensitive personal data from the Data Subject, written authorization must be provided by handwritten signature, electronic signature, or another authentication mechanism.
Sources of Data
Grupo Open may request personal data directly from the Data Subject through printed materials, internet portals, emails, phone calls, personal interviews, and other lawful sources. Once Grupo Open communicates this Privacy Notice to the Data Subject, by providing their personal data, the Data Subject gives tacit consent.
Processing of Personal Data
The processing of collected personal data is intended to:
- A) Analyze and, if applicable, provide or acquire services and/or products offered or requested by Grupo Open to or from the Data Subject.
- B) Promote job offers from Grupo Open or third parties to the Data Subject.
- C) Promote independent professional services of the Data Subject to Grupo Open or third parties.
- D) Communicate matters of interest from Grupo Open, understood to be useful to the Data Subject.
- E) Generate and analyze statistics internally within Grupo Open.
Protection of Personal Data
Grupo Open maintains administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the Data Subject’s personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
Use of Electronic Media
If the Data Subject uses Grupo Open’s systems, websites, or internet portals, these may collect data such as browser type, operating system, visited webpages, IP address, etc., through “cookies” or “web beacons,” among others. Grupo Open’s websites or internet portals may contain links to external sites, the content and privacy policies of which are not the responsibility of Grupo Open; thus, the Data Subject shall be subject to the privacy policies of such external sites, without any liability for Grupo Open.
Transfer of Personal Data
Grupo Open does not transfer, disseminate, distribute, or commercialize the Data Subject’s personal data without their consent to third parties, except for affiliates operating under the same internal processes and policies and/or with a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the Data Subject, Grupo Open, and a third party.
